TOS- Full refunds are elligble before sketching starts. (75% after sketching)
- I do not offer refunds if pieces are finished, and refunds go to 50% after line-art has been started, and 25% after coloring begins- Commissioner may use art in any way as long as I am credited as the artist! (This includes merchandise, stickers, prints)
- I have full rights to my pieces, and may use them as examples for future commissions (I will ask first!)
- Please do not constantly ask for progress pictures, or pressure me on making the piece! When updates are ready, I will message you!- Any disrespectful, rude, unnecessary, or inappropriate behavior will lead to blacklisting and blocking, and if commissioned, a full refund
- I can refuse a commission for any reason, including rude or inappropriate behavior- All pieces will be completed within 2 weeks of the starting, except animations - those will be given an ETA of the finished date
- If something happens and I am unable to complete the piece within this timeframe, I will message the commissioner and either give a full refund or, if permitted, continue working on the piece when I am able- My TOS may change!
